No coach can honestly guarantee a promotion or a job offer. Those decisions are made by employers, and the ICF Code of Ethics doesn’t allow coaches to promise outcomes they don’t control. What I do guarantee is my part: a clear plan built around your goal, full attention and honest feedback in every session, and a structured method we follow together. At the start we agree on what success looks like for you, so we can both see the progress.
