Who I am

This website and the workbook Don't Blame Ambition are offered by:

Luba Fateeva, trading as LFTransformation
The Hague, the Netherlands
KvK number: 90335538
Email: luba.fateeva@gmail.com

I am the controller of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email me at the address above.

What data I collect

When you request the workbook, I collect only what you enter in the form:

  • your first name;
  • your email address;
  • where you are in your career right now (the option you choose);
  • whether you would like a free 30-minute call.

If you book a call or reply to my emails, I also process the information you choose to share with me there.

Why I use it and on what basis

  • To send you the workbook and a copy of the download link by email. Basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To send you occasional emails about career growth, such as tips, resources and invitations. Basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or using the unsubscribe link.
  • To contact you about a free call, only if you said yes to it. Basis: your consent.
  • To understand who the workbook helps, using your career-stage answer in aggregate to improve my content.

I never sell your data and never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes your data on my behalf

I use a small number of trusted services to run this website and my communication:

  • Tilda, the platform that hosts this website and its forms;
  • Google (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets), for email, storing form submissions and hosting the workbook file;
  • Calendly, if you book a call.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, they rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep it

I keep your data for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data, I remove it within 30 days. If you never open or respond to my emails, I delete your data at the latest 2 years after our last contact.

Cookies

This website may use technical cookies that are needed for it to work, and analytics cookies that help me understand how many people visit the page. Where the law requires it, these are only placed with your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data I hold about you;
  • have it corrected or deleted;
  • restrict or object to its processing;
  • receive it in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what happened before.

To use any of these rights, simply email me. I will respond within one month.

If you believe I have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
